To avoid being charged all cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation. You must notify us of cancellation VIA email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails, trip considered cancelled after the client receives cancellation email, please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received by you. Full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation.
ALL no shows will be charged full rate.

Your driver greets you inside immediately to assist you with luggage. Domestic Arrivals flights, the chauffeur greets passengers inside the airport. He/She will wait just outside of the arrival’s (restricted) area, with a sign displaying passenger’s name. International Arrivals flights, your chauffeur greets passenger inside the airport. He/She will wait just outside of customs exit, with a sign displaying the passenger’s name. Our meet and greet services is included in the prices quoted for airport transportation.
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Your quoted includes the base rate, taxes and gratuity. You may be quoted an hourly or a flat rate. A rate that is calculated ‘hourly’ is point to point pricing and is based on the estimated drive time between destinations. A ride priced hourly will be billed by the actual amount of time it takes your driver to complete the ride, point to point. A flat rate is not dependent on drive time and is simply a flat fee for transport between destinations. Please note that additional fees and charges may apply to your ride.
Stops are billed at $20.00 per stop (maximum 15 minute duration).
We service all of Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County.
No, the entire fleet of MyLimoline are strictly non-smoking vehicles. If during a charter the client choose to smoke, our chauffeurs are instructed to, and will locate a safe area where the client(s) can exit from the vehicle and smoke out side of the vehicle. Please refer to our policies for more terms and conditions.
Yes, small pets contained in a carrier or carried on lap by owner are allowed at no additional charge.
